All purchases made on our website are pre-order purchases. This means that every order is produced specifically for the customer after payment is received. For example, if a customer orders a tracksuit with a hoodie in size S and joggers in size L, we manufacture that exact combination exclusively for them.

Because each item is custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or refunded.
